13:00 - 14:45 CRM / TEM **Waitlist**

 Presented By  Pat Daily

Recommended for: Pilots, Flight Crews

The weather stinks. You’re on final but are high and fast. GPWS is yelling at you because the Pilot Flying is diving toward the ground thinking that if he can just capture the glideslope, everything else will work out. He keeps saying “I got it. We’ll make it.” You want to treat him like one of those glow sticks: Snap him and then shake him until the light comes on. How did you get here? If you survive, how can you make sure you’re never here again?
Crew Resource Management (CRM) and Threat and Error Management (TEM) offer a set of tools and techniques aimed at preventing and correcting exactly those type of situations. This workshop will offer a fast-paced refresher for crew members.
