Jason has been involved in Aviation Safety and Training for the last 10 years working as a Flight Instructor, aviation educational researcher and the last 5 years in Airport Operations at Denver International Airport where he oversees a variety of training programs including the airfield driver training program. He holds a Masters of Science Degree in Aeronautics with a dual specialization in Safety Sciences and Education Technology. He holds professional certificates from the American Association of Airport Executives and the Association of Public-Safety Communication Officials.
Jason has worked on safety panels for the FAA’s Digital NOTAM project, participated in revaluating surface condition reporting, and was a participating member of an Airport Surface Safety Task Force. Jason also sits on the Board of Directors for a Non Profit organization (Entrust: Partners in Enterprise) that focuses on poverty alleviation in third world countries.
